Who Is Mr. Lister?

Twenty-six years ago I made Anchorage, Alaska my home. I've seen dramatic changes to the Anchorage landscape since then, and I hope that I have contibuted positively to some of those changes through the development and sales efforts of the various companies I've been fortunate to be associated with. As owner and president of Real Estate Now, Inc., I was proud to produce what was then Alaska's only daily real estate cable TV show. Our bi-monthly publication, Real Estate Now Magazine, was distributed throughout the entire area and served the needs of those looking for more than brief descriptions of properties. After selling the communications company I turned my energies to directly connecting buyers with sellers. As a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors I've encouraged ethical practices in, and modernization of, the real estate industry.
